Second Unverified Email Recieved Claiming Attacks on Delhi on 07/09/2011

A second unverified email received today by different media organisations allegedly from Indian Mujahideen said that the group takes responsibility for Wednesday's Delhi High Court blast in which 12 people were killed and over 76 were injured. THIS IS AN UNVERIFIED,


UNSUBSTANTIATED LETTER, WHICH HAS NOT YET BEEN INVESTIGATED OR AUTHENTICATED BY THE AUTHORITIES.
Yesterday, HuJI, an outlawed Bangladesh-based terrorist group with a base in Pakistan took responsibility for the blast. The mail was traced to a cyber cafe in Kishtwar, Jammu and kashmir.

The IM email states:


"kal delhi me hue blast me huji ka haath ho hi nahi sakta hai. kyunkiuse hamne anjam diya. hamne pehle se yeh plan banaya tha ki wednesdayke din hi blast karna hai kyunki us din wahan sabse jyada crowd hotihai. ise hamne yani INDIAN MUZAHIDDIN NE ANJAM DIYA HAI. huji ka tohisme dur-dur tak koi wasta nahi hai. hamara agla taret jald hi ranglayega jo ek shopping complex ke bahar hoga. use koi nahi rok sakta.aur yeh agle tuesday ko hoga. rok sako toh rok lo. chotoo (chotu)memberINDIAN MUZAHIDDIN"


(The blast that took place yesterday in Delhi can not be the work of HuJI, because we have given the repercussions. We had planned it earlier that on Wednesday itself a blast will take place and it should be done because it will be crowded on this day (Wednesday). We, the Indian Mujahideen did this. HuJI is not even involved in the blast. Our next target will soon take shape outside a shopping complex. No one can stop us. This will happen on next Tuesday.
